Method
My approach is to work on the source of a specific problem, not on the external symptoms.

That means looking at the underlying issues. What lies in the subconscious, which values are affected, and how can the source of a problem be resolved so that it then manifests in life?
In my sessions I usually include systemic constellation work as it has proven to be a reliable way to get access to subconscious patterns.
In my coaching practice, I primarily work according to the St. Gallen Coaching Model®. The focus is on a value-oriented and systemic approach.
Value orientation makes perfect sense to me, as we humans do many things that ultimately nurture value. However, we are often unaware of this, or the true value behind a need is hidden. The value-oriented focus addresses this by providing clarity about what is at stake, dissolving limiting beliefs, and strengthening positive patterns.
Systemic here means a holistic view, since many things interact and can only be understood and solved holistically.
Its effectiveness has already been scientifically proven and confirmed in studies. You can find the studies here .
