Let me use the word "abundance" now. For me, abundance means that the relevant values can be lived and carried into the world.

I believe that true abundance arises when people or companies know, understand, and live their values.

 

This idea has accompanied my entire professional journey – from international management to my work as a value-oriented systemic coach and consultant.

 

After many years in leadership roles – with team development, global business, innovation and challenging change processes – I realized:
